  • Many times weather at the coast is different than inland. In the event of a weather related delay or cancellation, we will gladly reschedule.
  • Most of the time is spent within 2-4 miles offshore. Having said that, we have no official limits. Our licensing requires us to stay within 100 miles offshore.
  • If you tend to get seasick (or you don’t know if you do), please prepare accordingly.

  • Florida is known for afternoon storms.  Most of them pass fairly quickly and do not warrant a cancellation.
  • However, the captain reserves the right to modify the itinerary or the duration of the charter in order to avoid a storm. It is the captain’s priority to keep everyone safe.
  • A passing storm may warrant an early return to harbor, marina or the closest stop for shelter to wait out a storm.
  • For the safety of all passengers and crew, any overly intoxicated person(s) will get taken to shore and the charter for said person(s) will be considered terminated; no exceptions.

  • Water conditions can turn dangerous very quickly based on wind and weather.  We are very prepared for such circumstances, but all passengers do assume the risk inherent in boating.
  • As the saying goes, if you break it, you bought it. Boat parts are expensive, so please be careful when opening and closing hatches, etc.
  • If anyone gets unruly or blatantly disobeys instructions, they will be dropped off at the nearest harbor without refund.
  • If anyone has too much alcohol for their safety, we might ask them to stay out of the water and to wear a life jacket. Accidentally falling overboard is not a fun experience.
